today when i was watching TV as usual and changing channels hoping to find anything good to watch i passed by AL-HURRAH tv channel. Well i don't watch it anyway becuase its a symbol of the american honest media but the moment i spoted the tux i couldn't change the channel :). It was a report about LinuxWorld conference 2004. Its a great event takes place every year in the USA where companies presents their latest products on linux platforms. I sure loved the Sun Ray 1g Ultra-Thin Client which sun announced its release in the con.

Thin client my ***
lol a thin client that costs more than a new full fledged PC, hell you can buy a new laptop with that amount of money.
oh yeah and they list no info about the CPU and RAM in these thin clients, SUN is doomed (good riddance IMO)
if you want an easy to plug thin client without the bother of dealing with old used hardware get an open brick based one, they start at 150$ even if you add the cost of an LCD screen they end up being cheaper.
