When I'm trying to install and compile the bicon program everything is working properly during the installation. but when I'm trying to load the bicon in the console screen using consolechars command

Here's the following loading syntax:

consolechars -f /usr/local/share/bicon/font/bicon-8x16-512.psfu.gz<

but unfortunately it doesn't work and the following error has been occurred during the execution process:

Couldnt get a file descriptor referring to the console get_console_fd: Invalid argument<

What does it supposed to be ?

Your help would be much appreciated

Looks like you aren't

Looks like you aren't running the command in Linux console i.e. using xterm or so. You need this for Linux console only. See Arabic terminl how-to<

Using gnome-terminal

I'm running the command in gnome-terminal as I'm trying to install and run bicon on it.

So, just run bicon.bin and you should get Arabic (assuming you are using an Arabic enabled font)

I just installed bicon on ubuntu 7.10, running "bicon" gives me the sane error as above, but running "bicon.bin" is OK and I got no errors.
