Hey people, the GUC event is about 2 weeks away from now, so we need to meet up a few times before that. We should meet up once next week, once the week after, and on Friday the 15th (The day before the event). I suggest we avoid the secret Thursday meetings and meet up on another day to concentrate on the organisation. During these meetings we will discuss the following:

• What will be available for us on the event (Phaeron is going tomorrow to see about that)
• Who will do what, and in which order
• Maybe each person holding a presentation should give a brief idea on what they are talking about, and then discuss how they can be made as effective as possible to appeal to the spectators.

Any other suggestions?

I think we can settle the next date to TUESDAY THE 5TH. We can meet up at our headquarters (Roastery). Please let me know if this date is ok and at what time you can come. At the final meeting on the 15th, everybody involved MUST be there. Would be good if as many people as possible could come to the other two. So take that into consideration.
