Phaeronix is a live cd and downloading is available through torrent. The download is mentioned on the page http://www.phaeronix.net/project/phaeronix. The torrent file is http://www.phaeronix.net/files/phaeronix-0.85-b1-linuxtracker.iso.torrent

To download files through torrents u can use software like: BitTorrent or Azureus
