How to tell Mandrake to use Drive D

Please advise me with the follwoing If My harddisk includes 3 drives ( C, D and E) how to tell Mandrake 10.2 to use Drive D in installation

hi, while installation of mandrake select the custom partition and mount the drive D as /, this will install the mandrake in the D dirve, read this link to know about linux partitions nomenclature http://shamsweb.50webs.com/faq.html#nomen, read the fedora installation from this link it will give you an idea about the installation of linux.
