Please help me connect my adsl router which is the d-link 502t in linux. I use Biz-Elx desktop with a redhat core. I connected the router with usb. It gets detected in kudzu and the proper name is also shown. But the hardware browser shows drivers unknown for this device. Where can i get the driver for my router and how do i configure firefox or any other browser or software to access the net. What is the name of the file which is used to access this device from /dev.

first you need a driver
first you need a driver for it. use google to find it
use ethernet make things easier
-I used to be indecisive .. but now I'm not so sure
In Case you have an Ethernet
In Case you have an Ethernet Card , use the Ethernet port on the router, then you won't need a driver

you know
its actually much easier to just buy an ethernet card, they cost no more than 30LE

as you've already GooGled for
as you've already GooGled for those drivers and you couldn't find any , you got two solutions left :
1 - Buy an Ethernet card ( which is very cheap )
2 - Do some Reverse engineering , Make your own driver
so whatever is suitable for you , simply do it ;)
