No it isn't.
It's not an AUP violation; if you consider it a violation to refer to buffalo then you exclude the buffalo from our community.
I know the odds are slim of Egyptian buffalo ever using GNU/Linux, but let's try to be inclusive rather than divisive.
I say more power to the buffalo.
