لقد تم اعادة استطلاع الرائ لعدم التوصل لنسبة الأغلبية فى الفترة الأولى وهى ٢/٣


وسيظل استطلاع الرائ مفتوح لفترة ثانية لمدة اسبوعين (١٤ يوم) وتكفى الاغلبية البسيطة لانهاء الاستطلاع.

The IRC channel represents our LUG; as such it should be a reflection of our values. We can have another unofficial channel for fun (which we need) but we need an official one to present a respectable face.

the first poll had 3 choices, it failed to get a two thirds majority (66%) so according to our charter the poll is supposed to be repeated after eleminating the least popular choice (I did ask if anyone wanted to propose a different ammendment and no one responded).

this time since we only have two choices a simple majority is enough (ie 51%).

I voted "No" but I thought of it again and I think that I was wrong .. Anywayz .. I'd like the new channel that will be made for Fun to be named #EgLUG-Cafe .. Its only a suggestion and I think we'll discuss this soon ... Peace
