I know this sounds trivial on the surface, but it isn't and its quite important.

we've been discussing ammending The Member Class Assignment Policy for some time now to aknowledge code contributors.

please read the proposed ammendment which is essentially to replace the word event with the word activity to span all sorts of contributions.

then please go vote on the ammendment

we use a score system to measure seniority, its important to us because a website can have a large but inactive membership, so we use the number of senior members to guess how big the community is and how much it is growing, the number of seniors is used to calculate all the rules concerning voting and decision making on EGLUG.

lets use this oppertunity (we're about to be 1 year old) to invite everyone to go through our rules and policies and see if there is anything that needs to be changed.
