the reason why polls are restricted is because only the latest poll may appear in the sidebar, so we need to make sure a poll spends a reasonable time open.

now for the past few months YoussefAssad managed the polls on his own and kept them up to date.

while we have many admins and mods now I still think YoussefAssad is the best man for the job.

so I propose we ammend the Member Class Assignment Policy and add a new position The EGLUG Official Poll Monkey, open for one person only and valid for life.
