علشان سكايب برنامج غير حر و البروتكول المستخدم مقفول و شركة سكايب بس هي التقدر تستخدمة و طورة. المشكلة أكبر في بند البروتوكول، موضوع أن البرنامج غير حر و غير مفتوح المصدر مقدور عليه، مش أزمة. أنما أسلوب الأتصال و البرتوكول هم المشكلة. تخيل أن مشتركين موبينيل ميعرفوش يكلموا مشتركين فودافون أو العكس.

المواقع دى مقرفة جدا ، شكلها عامل زى الناس المتمسكة بالشريط الكاسيت فى عصر الأى بود.

عالم البرمجيات الحرة دائماً فية الجديد. المهم ان تطورات فى سطح المكتب اليومين دول مشوقة و فيها الجديد.

جايم Gaim عامل قلق اليومين دول. الأصدارة الثانية بتتحضر و حسب كلامهم توقع دعم للصورة و الصوت بتوع ياهوو و المسن. بس الأهم انهم عازمين على تحسين كل العيوب الى تخطر فى بالك. و كمان دعم للصوت فى جووجل توك، و جووجل مساندهم. جووجل تاك واضح هايكون أكبر منافس لسكايب.
